    Also worth mentioning is that Caldedonia has revenue reserves of, I think, around 11 years worth of dividends.

    So there’s plenty of scope for an ongoing increase in the dividend payments and subsequent re-rating of the shares (thus narrowing the discount).

    Big question, though – will they do it?

    Even if they don’t that’s a pretty big war chest.

    They have increased the dividend every year, for the last 40 years so maybe a decent yield is on the horizon.
