Gamble of the week: A property company that could surprise

Trying to find shares that are out of favour, but have room to recover is getting hard. I can’t help thinking that the lack of risky bargains is a sign the market is getting a bit expensive.

However, there is more than one strategy to pick winning shares. This week, I’ve tried to pick one with possible earnings momentum – where the profit forecasts of City analysts can go up and the share price will follow.
