Conygar chief exec lifts stake past 7%
A round-up of the biggest director deals today so far.
Robert Ware, chief executive at the Conygar Investment Company, lifted his stake in the property investor past 7% today with the purchase of 250,000 shares.
He bought the shares at 150p a time, paying a total of £375,000 and now has just under 3m shares in the company, about 7.14%.
His colleague, chairman Nigel Hamway, also bought in, taking 40,000 shares at the same price, lifting his holding to 207,000 shares.

Conygar, which last year entered into a joint venture with Stena Line Ports to develop the waterfront at Holyhead Wales, said earlier this month that it was well equipped to weather the impact of the recent financial and economic problems "and even collect the odd bargain en route."
