Oil and gas producer Range Resources has temporarily suspended the trading of its shares on the AIM market as a precautionary measure.

The suspension will be lifted once the company is able to clarify the details of a 'potential significant transaction', it said.
Range's shares have also been placed in a trading halt on the Australian Securities Exchange.
As at March 15th 2013, shares on AIM were priced at 3.94p.
