Outsourcing specialist Capita has acquired Fish Administration from private equity firm Inflexion.
Outsourcing specialist Capita has acquired Fish Administration from private equity firm Inflexion.
Capita is acquiring the company for £21m cash on a cash free, debt free basis. The acquisition will add greater capacity and valuable new expertise to Capita's specialist insurance broking business, Capita said.
