Aegis beefs up French digital business
Media and digital communications group Aegis has acquired six subsidiary companies owned by W Garden, Verbal Clint, Allin and others to beef up its iProspect France unit.
Media and digital communications group Aegis has acquired six subsidiary companies owned by W Garden, Verbal Clint, Allin and others to beef up its iProspect France unit.
Founded in 2007 and with offices across France, W Garden specialises in Internet search and performance marketing solutions. The acquired businesses will be integrated into iProspect France's operations, with full integration expected to be completed in the early part of the third quarter of 2012.
At the end of 2011 it had gross assets of €5.0m. The price paid by Aegis was not divulged.
