Under the agreement, the servicer, Situs Asset Management, has granted an extension to the standstill agreement to June 11th 2013, with the intention to provide four-months rolling extensions moving forward.
"Treveria Silo D looks forward to working together with the new asset manager and the servicer in the implementation of the business plan," the group said.
The share price rose 11.34% to €0.05 by late Tuesday.
