Alpha chairman raises stake
A round-up of the biggest director deals today so far.
Colin Barrow, the chairman of Alpha Strategic, which acquires shares in hedge fund management businesses, increased his stake in the group to nearly 14%.
Barrow purchased 65,000 ordinary shares at a price of 106p per share. He has increased his stake to 625,000 shares, which represents 13.83% of the issued share capital.
