Double deal for African Barrick Gold
A round-up of the biggest director deals today so far.
It was a double director deal for African Barrick Gold on Monday after its chief financial officer and senior independent non-executive director both bought shares in the mining firm.
CFO Kevin Jennings added to his stock with 9,000 shares at 494.94p each, for a total of £44,545, while Derek G. Pannell coughed up £34,553 for 7,000 at 493.61p each.
Earlier this month FTSE-250 miner African Barrick Gold announced a deal allowing another firm to explore for iron ore at its sites in Tanzania.

The agreement gave permission for Liontown Resources to earn an interest of up to 70% of the iron ore rights on around 530km2 of land within four sites.
ABG, Tanzania's largest gold miner, said it would retain all rights to minerals discovered other than iron ore and by-products directly associated with iron ore mineralogy.
