Monitise's shares rose Thursday after the mobile banking and payments specialist signed a contract with Visa Europe.
The agreement is a three-year commercial partnership for the development of mobile money payments and mobile commerce solutions.
Separately, Monitise has granted Visa Europe warrants to purchase ordinary shares.

The company's technology platforms and services are used by banks, payment companies, retailers and mobile networks.
Shares climbed 1.48% to 34.25p at 12:32 Thursday.
