Shares in UK estate agent Stewart & Wight fell following the publication of a trading update in which the directors of the company revealed concerns over the size of future rental income.
Shares in UK estate agent Stewart & Wight fell following the publication of a trading update in which the directors of the company revealed concerns over the size of future rental income.
In a statement issued by the company on Friday, the group reported "there are concerns as to whether retail tenants will be able to meet their commitments in the future and whether rental income wuill fall when current leases expire".
The company further announced that it had not bought or sold any properties since the beginning of the half year on October 1st.
Stewart & Wight's share price was down 4.55% to 575p at 08:47 on Friday.
