Stagecoach Theatre directors spend £32,000
A round-up of the biggest director deals today so far.
David Sprigg and Stephanie Manuel, joint managing directors of Stagecoach Theatre Arts, and finance director Richard Dawson have spent a combined £32,000 on shares in the stage school operator.
Sprigg spent £12,800 buying 40,000 shares at 32p each. He now owns 2.81m shares or 28.45% of the group's issued share capital.
Manuel also bought 40,000 shares for the same price, increasing her holding in Stagecoach to 30.85%.
