Novae non-execs ups stake
A round-up of the biggest director deals today so far.
Peter Matson, a non-executive director at Novae Group spent £60,000 on shares in the group yesterday as the underwriter and speciality insurer announced the formation of a new reinsurance unit to diversify its offerings.
He bought 20,000 shares at 303p a time.
It takes his holding to about 590,000 shares, or 0.8% of the company.
