Altitude chairman buys shares
A round-up of the biggest director deals today so far.
Altitude said a company and its subsidiary in which non executive chairman Colin Cooke has a 40% stake has spent £11,250 on shares in the promotional products business.
It bought 150,000 ordinary shares for 7.5p each.
Following this transaction, the company has a total holding of 517,000 shares, representing 1.35% of the total issued share capital of Altitude.

Cooke now has a total holding of 613,000 shares representing approximately 1.60% of the issued share capital.
