Vodafone has announced this morning that it has called off a potential "business combination" with Greek telecoms group Wind Hellas.

The FTSE 100 mobile phone giant says that itself and Largo Limited, the sold shareholder of Wind Hellas, have now agreed to terminate discussions relating to a combination between Vodafone Greece and Wind Hellas.
