Surveillance technologies group Digital Barriers has snapped up Stryker Communications for an initial £750,000.
Surveillance technologies group Digital Barriers has snapped up Stryker Communications for an initial £750,000.
A further payment of £750,000 will be paid, "Dependent upon the successful satisfaction by Stryker of certain financial and operational targets in the period from completion of the Acquisition to 30 September 2012," Digital Barriers explained.
Stryker, which designs and develops covert and overt wireless video surveillance products, provided a wireless surveillance system for the Brooklyn Bridge, New York.
