Technology group Laird said in a short statement Friday that it is 'well placed' to meet its expectations for 2012 with trading in the fourth quarter being at the level it was.
It added that it reaffirms its intention to recommend a total dividend of 10p for the year.
The group describes itself as a global technology company focused on providing components and solutions that protect electronic devices from electromagnetic interference and heat, and that enable wireless connectivity through wireless applications and antennae systems.
