Treasury talk: are the bond fund managers right?

Do bond fund managers know something that other investors don't? Recent comments on the likelihood of an interest rate rise would suggest that they do. Don't listen to them, says Mike Shedlock.

"Bill Gross, manager of the world's biggest bond fund at Pacific Investment Management Co., says Treasuries maturing in less than two years will lead a market rally next year as the Federal Reserve lowers interest rates.
