Morse's Loosemore raises stake
A round-up of the biggest director buys today so far.
Kevin Loosemore celebrated his appointment as executive chairman of Morse by spending nearly £141,000 on 300,000 shares in the IT hardware firm.
He paid 46.9p for each share, way off the 125p they were trading at a year ago, taking his entire holding to 700,000 shares.
Loosemore, who assumed his new position following the departure earlier this week of chief executive Kevin Alcock, has an incentive to boost his interest.

Yesterday, he was granted a nil-cost option over 1.05m ordinary shares exercisable in two year's time, but that would lapse unless his shareholding topped 619,500 ordinary shares within three-months.
On Tuesday, the group said annual revenues will be below last year's £257m, despite an improvement in the second half.
"We have experienced some deterioration in short term services in the final quarter of the year as clients have reduced discretionary spend," said Loosemore.
