Bulgarian Land Development, the Bulgarian residential and commercial development company, saw its chief executive increase his stake in the Aim-listed firm.
AG Capital Management Limited, a company controlled by chief executive Christo Iliev, bought 558,000 shares at 28p each. It takes Iliev's interest to 1.9m shares, which represents 4.96% of the group.
The group also said finance director Andrew Daw bought 40,000 shares at 28p each. He had no holdings in the group previously.
