LIT director tucks in
A round-up of the biggest director deals today so far.
David Blackler, a non-executive director of LIT, has spent £250,000 on shares in the newly listed company.
Blackler bought 2.5m shares at a price of 10p each, taking his holding to 0.19%.
LIT started trading on AIM earlier this month. The group was formed in May to acquire TDG and The Laxey Investment Trust and will act as a holding company for investments in quoted and unquoted companies.
