Capital and Counties bosses lay foundations
A round-up of the biggest director deals today so far.
Bosses at Capital and Counties Properties have been opening their accounts in the real estate firm following its demerger from the property giant Liberty International.
Chairman Ian Durant bought 122,347 shares at 1,21.7p a share, paying a total of £148,884, while chief executive Ian Hawksworth, took 100,000 at 129.9p a time, paying a total of £129,850.
The purchase represents Durant's sole holding in the company, but Hawksworth has 100,339 including 339 that were issued on completion of the demerger.

London centred property developer and investor Capital and Counties and retail property group Capital Shopping Centres started trading as separate entities this week following the demerger of the property giant Liberty International.
Capital and Counties' portfolio includes the Earls Court and Olympia exhibition centre in West London.
