Wiseman chairman sells
A round-up of the biggest director deals today so far.
Alan Wiseman, the chairman of Robert Wiseman Dairies, has raised £3m from a share sale.
Wiseman sold 615,000 shares at 491.5p each. He still owns 15.2% of the Scottish dairy group.
In June, Robert Wiseman completed the repurchase of capital equipment and vehicles that were the subject of a sale and lease back deal with SG Leasing (June), part of French bank Societe Generale, in May. The company says that the deal will provide capital allowances that will reduce its tax bill.
