Two Ovoca directors sell shares totalling £1.84m
A round-up of the biggest director buys today so far.
Two companies controlled by board members of Ovoca Gold have cut their stakes in the Russia-focused gold miner in two transactions totalling £1.84m.On 8 July, Salyco Trading Company, a firm controlled by Ovoca's executive chairman Mikhail Mogutov, sold over 2.37m ordinary shares at a price of 40p per share for a total of £948,542.Following this transaction, Mogutov holds 12,086,189 ordinary shares in the company, representing a 13.66% stake.Separately, Subishico Trading Company , a firm controlled by Ovoca's non-executive director Leonid Skoptsov, made £891,458 after offloading over 2.23m ordinary share at the same price.Skoptsov now holds 12,113,189 ordinary shares in Ovoca, equivalent to a 13.69% interest in the company.BCTop Director BuysPacific Alliance Asia Opportunity Fund Ltd.
