Wood Group has sold its US-based aero engine maintenance provider, Wood Group Turbopower to CPR Aerospace.
Wood Group has sold its US-based aero engine maintenance provider, Wood Group Turbopower to CPR Aerospace.
The business has been discontinued for several years. The gross assets of the business disposed of were $18.7m.
The share price fell 0.14% to 712.00p.
