Tawa, the insurance investor with a market cap of 50m sterling has put itself up for sale.
Tawa, the insurance investor with a market cap of 50m sterling has put itself up for sale.
The group, whose shares have fallen 26% in the last 12 months, has said any companies making an approach will not have to be publically identified.
The group also confirms it is in an official "offer period".
