Sportech awaits decision of tax claim tribunal
Sportech, which supplies pools and tote betting services, is awaiting the outcome of the tribunal that was heard in relation to its VAT claim over its Spot the Ball game.
Sportech, which supplies pools and tote betting services, is awaiting the outcome of the tribunal that was heard in relation to its VAT claim over its Spot the Ball game.
The claim is for a repayment of VAT in excess of £40m (which could exceed £80m with simple interest applied).
The company expects to hear the decision in January of next year.
