Smiths Group completes US bond offering
Technology group Smiths Group said its bond offering, announced on October 5th, has now closed.
Technology group Smiths Group said its bond offering, announced on October 5th, has now closed.
The company raised $400m through the issue of dollar-denominated notes with a 10-year maturity and a fixed coupon of 3.625%.
Smiths Group will use the net proceeds from the notes for general corporate purposes and to repay certain existing indebtedness of the company.
