London and Stamford refinances Moore House
FTSE 250 real estate investment trust London and Stamford Property has refinanced the 149 apartments at Moore House, London.
FTSE 250 real estate investment trust London and Stamford Property has refinanced the 149 apartments at Moore House, London.
The assets were acquired by the firm's Central London residential joint venture in July for £147m (excluding costs). London and Stamford's share in the joint venture is 40%.
The refinancing, which was completed with The Royal Bank of Scotland, has a value of £65m.
