Henderson broadens its horizon in France
Fund manager Henderson Group has made a sortie across the Channel to acquire privately owned property asset management outfit Horizon Investment Management France SAS.
Fund manager Henderson Group has made a sortie across the Channel to acquire privately owned property asset management outfit Horizon Investment Management France SAS.
Founded in 1998, Horizon focuses on advising on asset management in the French property market and comprises a €250m Luxembourg closed-ended real estate fund and a number of asset management contracts to manage 25 properties.
Henderson did not reveal how much it is paying for the company but did disclose that Horizon has gross assets of €3m.
