One of the directors at Britain's microchip champion ARM has decided to run away to sea.
One of the directors at Britain's microchip champion ARM has decided to run away to sea.
Mike Inglis, currently in charge of the Cambridge based company's processors division, is to leave in 2013 ahead of competing in a round the world sailing race.
He will be replaced at the beginning of April by Simon Segars who will become Executive Vice President and General Manager of the processor and physical IP divisions.

Inglis will be moved to the new role of Chief Commercial Officer ahead of sailing off into the sunset.
The shares have been unaffected by the change, ARM was up 0.1% at 11:20.
