AIM-listed satellite operator Avanti Communications has been awarded a £5m contract by the Regional Growth Fund.
AIM-listed satellite operator Avanti Communications has been awarded a £5m contract by the Regional Growth Fund.
Avanti sells its satellite broadband services to telecoms firms who use them to supply residential, enterprise and institutional users.
This contract relates to the the expansion of its broadband infrastructure and activities in Cornwall, the group said.

"The award is conditional on completion of standard government procedures and was today announced by the Department of Business Innovation and Skills," the statement read.
