Aegis makes move in India
Aegis Group, the FTSE 250 digital communications group, has entered into an agreement to acquire Communicate 2 (C2"), a performance marketing and search agency in India.
Aegis Group, the FTSE 250 digital communications group, has entered into an agreement to acquire Communicate 2 (C2"), a performance marketing and search agency in India.
C2's gross assets as at March 31st were 129.9 Indian rupees, or roughly £1.5m.
C2 is a specialist performance marketing agency which focuses on search engine optimisation, search engine marketing and lead generation.

It has offices in Mumbai, Delhi and Pune and over 130 employees. It will now be merged in Aegis's own iProspect outfit.
