Aegis Group acquires Japan-based firm Hablar
Aegis Group, the FTSE 100 media and digital communications group, has acquired Hablar, a performance marketing and search agency in Japan, as part of its strategy of increasing its digital profile and capability.
Aegis Group, the FTSE 100 media and digital communications group, has acquired Hablar, a performance marketing and search agency in Japan, as part of its strategy of increasing its digital profile and capability.
Hablar, which was established in 2003, is focused on search marketing and digital performance media, and has a long partnership with Aegis Media in Japan.
Hablar will be merged into the existing operations of the iProspect section of Aegis Media Japan, strengthening its capabilities and providing additional service for its clients.
