Waterlogic in line for year

Purified water dispenser maker Waterlogic said it expects full year results to be broadly in line with market expectations after experiencing a satisfactory final quarter.

Purified water dispenser maker Waterlogic said it expects full year results to be broadly in line with market expectations after experiencing a satisfactory final quarter.

The group explained that acquisitions during the year have had a positive impact on earnings, and their integration into the company is expected to produce ongoing benefits.

As previously announced, Waterlogic experienced weak trading from third party distributors. However it has been encouraged to see third party revenues in line with forecasts for the last quarter of 2012, it explained.

Waterlogic said its net cash position remains strong, giving it headroom to continue its acquisition pipeline.

The group added it continues to commercialise its innovative Firewall UV technology, with the first commercial orders for its Consumer division being shipped to three customers in December 2012.
