Greater Manchester Buses South, a wholly owned indirect subsidiary of FTSE 250-listed Stagecoach, has completed the acquisition of the bus business and assets of private operator Bluebird in North Manchester.
Stagecoach's share price was down 0.40% to 295.30p at 09:34 on Monday.
