Menzies secures Marketforce contract
Distribution firm John Menzies said it had signed a five year extension to its contract with Marketforce, one of the UK's largest magazine distributors.
Distribution firm John Menzies said it had signed a five year extension to its contract with Marketforce, one of the UK's largest magazine distributors.
The agreement will see the company's newspaper and magazine wholesaling division, Menzies Distribution, continue to handle Marketforce's products across its network and secures £122m of annual sales revenue.
It will run for five years and is effective from January 2015.

David McIntosh, Managing Director of Menzies Distribution, said the renewed terms with Marketforce quickly followed a recent contract renewal with News International.
"This is a further positive event for Menzies Distribution and is testimony to our drive to deliver the high service levels demanded by our customers," he said.
