Vettori's beautifully-packaged prosecco makes the finest Bellini imaginable (just add peach pure). I can also recommend it in a Kir Royale cocktail (just add crme de cassis). However, it is so delicious on its own that I actually suggest you simply drink it unadulterated.
Many proseccos have a lick of sugary fruitiness on the finish to attract the less discerning drinker, but this grown-up wine is tart and refreshing. And that just makes it all the more thirst-quenching.
