John Wood chairman and chief buy
A round-up of the biggest director deals today so far.
Oilfield services company John Wood Group said both its chairman and chief executive bought sizeable stakes in the company last week.
Chairman Ian Wood spent £3.1m buying 1.5m shares at 2.03p each, while chief executive Allister Langlands acquired 200,000 shares at £1.97. Both transactions were carried out last Friday.
After the transaction, Woods' stake increased to 89.9m shares or 17% of the group, while Langlands stake rises to 2.1m shares or 0.4%.
