Huntsworth has rationalised its 26 brands into four key brands - Citigate, Grayling, Huntsworth Health and Red - at a cost of between £8m and £10m.
Earnings in 2009 are expected to be in line with expectations. Profits of around £24m are forecast. Visibility is good for 2010 and 70% of expected revenues should be committed by the end of January.
Earlier this month, Huntsworth paid an initial $33.6m (£20.4m) for Dutko Worldwide, the largest US public policy management group. Dutko will be consolidated into the Grayling brand and provide the group with a strong US presence.
Huntsworth has extended its bank facility until September 2012.
