SABMiller completes Foster's acquisition
SABMiller has announced the completion of the acquisition of all of the shares in Foster's following the implementation of the Scheme of Arrangement on Friday.
SABMiller has announced the completion of the acquisition of all of the shares in Foster's following the implementation of the Scheme of Arrangement on Friday.
The transaction consideration will be paid to Foster's shareholders by Wednesday 21 December, it said.
The deal is worth £6.5bn and will see the owner of Grolsch and Coors Light get its hands on Foster's lager as well as the famous VB and Carlton Draught brands.
