MITIE, the outsourcing and energy services firm, has been awarded a ten-year repair and maintenance contract with the Golding Homes housing association.
MITIE, the outsourcing and energy services firm, has been awarded a ten-year repair and maintenance contract with the Golding Homes housing association.
The contract is worth £70m over the life of the contract, with the potential to rise to £120m if Golding Homes issues additional works.
MITIE will work with Golding Homes to deliver gas maintenance, responsive repairs, void reinstatements and planned works across 6,000 properties in Kent.
