Chief Executive Officer at Misys, Mike Lawrie, has accepted a job offer from another company, meaning that he will make his exit on March 31st.
Shares in the financial software provider, which last week confirmed that it is in talks with a bidder, were down 6.87% at 303.70p by 12:15.
