Logica's Benelux boss bids adieu
Seamus Keating, the head of Logica's Benelux operations, is to leave the business solutions provider after 13 years to concentrate on other interests.
Seamus Keating, the head of Logica's Benelux operations, is to leave the business solutions provider after 13 years to concentrate on other interests.
Keating's resignation from the Logica executive committee and board took effect from Tuesday evening.
Serge Dubrana, Chief of Operations, will take executive responsibility for the Benelux business in addition to his existing role with the support of the strengthened team now in place. The process is underway to recruit a local leader for the firm's Dutch business which will be announced in due course.

Logica said that based on the performance in the first two months of the year and the expected benefits of the restructuring announced in December, the Benelux business is expected to return to profit in 2012.
"The turnaround plan for the business is now firmly in place and I have every confidence that this will position the company to succeed going forward," said Keating.
