Aegis completes Chinese tie up
Digital marketing company Aegis has entered into a majority stake joint venture with Chinese peer Beijing Adsit Technology.
Digital marketing company Aegis has entered into a majority stake joint venture with Chinese peer Beijing Adsit Technology.
The new entity will be known as iProspect China and its gross assets will be around 30m Renminbi (3.0m sterling).
Adsit will provide access to its e-commerce platform, its data pool, plus key people, with the intention to enable iProspect China to become a fully integrated, digital performance marketing agency.
