Ladbrokes completes acquisition of global better exchange
Betting company Ladbrokes said Friday that it has completed the acquisition of Alderney, a global betting exchange, from TBH, as well as a 10 per cent stake in TBH Guernsey.
Betting company Ladbrokes said Friday that it has completed the acquisition of Alderney, a global betting exchange, from TBH, as well as a 10 per cent stake in TBH Guernsey.
The consideration to TBH is 6.95m shares, which are expected to begin trading on March 4th.
The share price rose 0.87% to 231.60p by 11:40.
