MoneyWeek news quiz: How much could you get in car finance compensation?
The car finance scandal, inheritance tax, and house prices all made headlines over the past few days. Test your knowledge while reviewing this week’s top stories with MoneyWeek’s news quiz
Millions of drivers who unknowingly signed up to unfair car finance agreements are finally in line for compensation after the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) confirmed how much wronged drivers could get under a redress scheme.
But that is not the only reason the FCA made headlines this week. Their ban on the sale of crypto ETNs was lifted on 8 October, meaning investors can finally buy them via UK providers with products listed on a regulated exchange.
Some investors have more reasons to be cheerful too, as the price of gold passed $4,000 per troy-ounce for the first time in history.
