Amphion chief raises stake to 16.64%

The chief executive of technology investment specialist Amphion Innovations has increased his stake to 16.64%.

Richard Morgan spent £62,500 after buying 500,000 shares at 12.5p each. Morgan now has 21.6m shares in the group.
