Acal's Moon dips in
A round-up of the biggest director buys today so far.
Electronic components distributor Acal continued to improve today as it emerged that chairman Richard Moon had boosted his stake by almost £50,000.
Moon, who became non-executive chairman in 2005, snapped up 25,000 Acal shares at 108p each, while Synergie Business Limited, a company of which he is a director and major shareholder, bought a further 20,300 at 110p a throw.
He now owns 65,100 shares in the firm that back in November said blamed hefty one-off charges for an £8m interim loss against a £2.6m profit the year before.
