Sheryl Tye, finance director at International Greetings, has spent just under £10,000 on shares in the greetings card group.
The acquisition of 26,000 shares at 38p each cost £9,880, that's far more than they would have cost just a week ago.
International Greetings shares rallied from about 23p ahead of full year results on 29 July and have continued climbing since. They closed up 5% at 39.5p Monday.

Annual revenue from continuing operations increased by 13% and the maker of gift wrap, crackers, cards, stationery and accessories is eyeing a return to profitability in 2009/10.
Loss from continuing operations, before significant items and tax narrowed to £0.3m from £8.1m a year earlier. Revenue rose to £216.9m from £191.7m.
